The City of Goodwill
Seattle PD's Head Detective
Stationed at the SPD HQ
Physical: Strength , Dexterity , Stamina
Social: Charisma , Manipulation , Appearance
Mental: Perception , Intelligence , Wits
Virtues: Conscience , Self-Control , Courage
I can admire his determination to his cause, but such fervent determination is hard to control. An uncontrollable Kine is useless.
He is really cracking down hard on crime in Seattle. Good, maybe someone can clean up the streets.
The head detective of Seattle’s police department, Allan Johnson often has to deal with the worst the city has to offer. Once, when investigating a suspected hired killer, Johnson’s daughter was attacked in an alley by the friend of the suspect. She likely would of died under most circumstances, but was saved by a good Samaritan. He felt a sense of debt to Lastat after that night, and has since started to give him some information if he asks for it.
Even though his daughter survived that night, Allan changed. Before that night, the crime in the city was a terrible thing, but he had no attachment to it, but that night, he personally experienced just how morally corrupt the city can be. Ever since that night, he has become relentless in his effort to rid the city of crime.
Despite his hard attitude on crime (or maybe because his attitude on crime), the citizens of Seattle dislike Detective Johnson. Some think he is overstepping his bounds, after all, he is only the head detective, not the chief, why does he get to decide when to crack down on crime? Others (criminals) dislike him for more apparent reasons.
